Scope of application

RGB1 Series Mini Circuit Breaker(hereinafter referred to as MCB)is a limit current high breaking MCB of overload and short-circuit dual protection, applied to the circuit of AC 50Hz/60Hz, Rated Voltage 240V/415V, Rated Current up to 63A or less, used for circuitry overload and short-circuit protection.
Product according to GB10963and IEC60898 Standard.

Normal working condition and installation condition

3.1 Ambient air temperature upper limit value is + 40℃, lower limit value is －5℃, the average temperature value of 24h under + 35℃,
       Remark 1: if working condition of lower limit value is －10℃ or －25℃, customer should declare       manufacturer when ordering
       Remark 2: working condition of upper limit value over + 40℃ or lower limit value lower than －25℃, customer should negotiate with manufacturer.
3.2 Altitude of installation location is under 2000m,
3.3 when ambient air temperature is + 40℃, atmosphere relative humidity should be under 50%. If the temperature is lower, the relative humidity can be higher. For example, when +20℃, it’s up to 90%. The dew coagulated by change of temperature should adopt proper measure ;
3.4 pollution grade : Ⅱ
3.5 installation sort : Ⅱ & Ⅲ ,
3.6 orientation of out magnetic field installation location shouldn’t more than 5 times as much as geomagnetism,
3.7 commonly upright installation, any orientation can be 2°,
3.8 installation location should be inapparent impact and vibration.

Structure Explanation

RGB1 series mini circuit breaker is composed of the moulded case, operating mechanism, contact system, arc-extinguishing system, tripping mechanism, etc.The case is made of the special plastic high in fire-resistance and strength, so it’s very capable of resisting impact and light in weght.The parts of the operating mechanism employ high strength plastic products in order to assure the flexible, reliable operation and obtain the minimum moment of inertia as well so that the time from the moment the short-circuit fault occurs to the operation of the tripping mechanism is very little.The tripping mechanism is composed of the two parts of bimetal sheet overload counter time limit tripping mechanism and short-circuit instantaneous electromagnetic mechanism.
